Following the disclosure made on the 12th of August 2015 with the relation to the Appeal of the Primary Court judgment in an individual labor case obliging the company to pay the amount of RO 942,810.279 (Omani Rials Nine Hundred Forty Two thousand Eight Hundred Ten and Two Hundred Seventy Nine Baisa), comprising of various elements, to the other party, this is to update the shareholders that the additional total claims of the Appeal presented by the other party is around RO 7.500.000 (Omani Rials Seven million five hundred thousand).
